Bulk scales and container scales

BITZER bulk scales are automatic high-performance scales for free floating bulk material. By default, they are available in performance classes from 50 t/h - 400 t/h. For higher performance requirements, we also offer so-called Duplex scales which have a weighing capacity of 6000 kg and a performance of up to 1500 t/h.

The operation of our bulk scales is possible by a weighing terminal or, as an alternative, by PC. Moreover, this scale can be connected to different bus-systems and can also be integrated into the process control system.

If the scale is connected to our software BITZER AGRAR it can be operated by remote-control and can be integrated into the complete data and weighing system.

 

Load cells and pneumatic parts of the bulk scale are easily accessible. Therefore, service work and maintenance can be carried out faster and cost-saving.

We also offer the refitting of existing mechanical container scales. After the modernisation the scales dispose of a considerably increased performance.
