Due to the overground located rails (S49), it is possible to use this scale for weighing processes during the common rail traffic.
The bridges are measured and reinforced according to DIN 8119 and freight train UIC71 of the German rail company (Die Bahn).
High-quality concrete C 45/55 (XC4,XD3,XF4,XA2,XM2) makes weighbridge and foundation resistant to abrasion and de-icing salt.

Optionally, it is possible to integrate the rail´s front building into the pre-fabricated foundation.

Due to first-class load cells and bearings costs for maintenance and spare parts are minimised, even though the scale is subject to high operational demands.

The railroad scale is available in lengths of 8 x 2,10 m up to 24 x 2,10 m.

According to customer´s requirements we also provide dual-unit rail weighbridges.

An alternative to the installed rail weighbridge is the combined rail and street weighbridge, which can be either used for weighing of trains or trucks.
