For our customers of the agribusiness we offer a special complete service for laboratory devices including repairing and calibration. We also provide a collect- and bring-service of the laboratory devices, i.e., we collect the machines in question in your house, we check them and carry out the necessary repairs. Then the device will be calibrated and brought back to you. All this can be done at short notice as a subsidiary of the gauging office Hanover is situated directly in our house.

Moreover, we are also available for expert advice regarding all questions of laboratory equipment and we sell the standard machines.

Our core competence is the automation of complete logistical processes at grain reception stations. Therefore, we offer solutions for integrating different analysing instruments to one system. The state-of-the-art BITZER Automatic Sample Analyser combines common laboratoy devices with up-to-date control software in order to improve the determining process of all relevant quality values.
