Export truck scales can be delivered in three different executions.

The most common designs are truck scales for ground installation and truck scales pitless type for overground installation. Those steel constructions are available in sizes from 6 x 3 m up to 24 x 3 m. Alternatively it is either possible to install the weighbridge in a foundation made by the customer or to mount the scale on concrete basements.

The pitless version requires additionally on- and off-ramps in order to drive over the track of just 29 cm. Apart from oversea export, steel weighbridges are recommendable, if there is no space for a concrete weighbridge, e.g. in case of definite passage height below a silo that only allows a very low scale construction.

For export and transport reasons we can supply the scale in single segments, which are considerably light-weighted.

In addition, special sizes can be easily realised. Both construction types provide throughout bridge flooring optionally with stud plate. Also an increased weighing capacity up to 100 t can be carried out.

In contrast to the above mentioned construction types, the mobile steel scale only consists of two separated tracks. Therefore, the space between the tracks is open. The single components can easily be mounted and transported, due to the fact that the heaviest part only weighs 1.000 kg. Both tracks are fixed to the desired lane width by screwed crossbars (e.g. 2,6 m or 3,2 m). In conclusion, the mobile steel scale is very easily relocatable and ideal for temporary, not highly frequented sites of operation.

Due to atmospheric conditions in Central Europe, we recommend our truck scales in concrete design for local sites.
