The weighbridge for ground level installation is completely plant-assembled with bridge, foundation and load cells. The installation depth of 0,67 m demands only few earthworks.
Standard lengths are available from 8 to 24 m with a carrying capacity of up to 60 t. The concrete quality is C45/55 (XC4, XD3, XF4, XA2, XM2).

The use of high-quality load cells and elastomer bearings saves maintenance costs and costs for spare parts. This leads to considerably reduced follow-up costs for maintenance and repairs.

The scope of supply includes indicator and printer. In addition, the system can be extended by remote indication, traffic lights, computer programs or identification systems according to individual customer needs.

Optionally, the scale can be delivered with integrated strip foundations. In this case the customer needs to provide only a compressed subgrade. Truck scales in special constructions are possible too.

An alternative to the ground level construction is the truck scale for overground installation, which can be easily relocated.
