Truck scales for overground installation

The calibratable BITZER truck scales for overground installation stand out due to their high level of pre-fabrication. Furthermore, the scales are easily relocatable and therefore perfect for temporary installation.

The weighbridge and load cells are completely plant-assembled. Due to low scale height, this construction minimises costs of on- and off-ramps. It is possible to install the scale on an already existing stable subground, e.g. concrete. This avoids additional foundation work.

The quality of concrete is C45/55 (XC4, XD3, XF4, XA2, XM2). The use of high-quality load cells and elastomer bearings saves maintenance costs and costs for spare parts. This leads to considerably reduced follow-up costs for maintenance and repairs.

The scope of supply includes indicator and printer. In addition, the system can be extended by remote indication, traffic lights, computer programs or identification systems according to individual customer needs.

All in all the concrete truck scale is maintenance-free, long-living and therefore a cost-efficient alternative to a steel weighbridge.

Another option is the truck scale for ground  level installation, which possesses a closed foundation base. For any special requirements we also supply truck scales in special construction, e.g. special size.
