BITZER software, developed in our house, disposes in any case of a variable print formatting function as well as of import and export functions – irrespective of the sectoral features. By default, we use Oracle data bases which guarantee a high degree of availability and data security. Furthermore, due to the client-server-structure of our software systems, they can always be operated within a network. All programmes are maintained continuously by our own software engineers. Of course, we also offer a comprehensive support service, such as telephone hotline or remote transmission.
