Due to the network compatibility, the program is expandable to multi-user systems. For example, the silo foreman who overviews the storage of material, has also just-in-time information about the determined qualities. By using the BITZER Automatic Sample Analyser, quality values are transmitted automatically to the system. This integration avoids time lags and enables the storage according to quality values.

High availability is ensured by the professional Oracle database. Multi-user systems allow program access from further working stations, e.g. from the office in order to review reports and statistics.

The basic module is expandable according to customer’s needs. We provide various additional modules, which meet different customers´ requirements. The use of the module augmented storage/silo administration helps to fulfil the legal necessities in accordance to EU-Regulation 178/2002.

Furthermore different interfaces to commercial merchandise systems (ERP-systems) are at customers´ disposal. In addition, our in-house software development department offers quick and flexible adaptation and special solutions.
