Due to the different requirements depending on the size of the plant as well as on the structure of deliveries, we have developed a modular system. With this system it is e.g. possible to transfer data - resulting from weighing processes on the truck scale – to Excel and to work on these data on a home PC. We also offer a so-called self-service scale, i.e. an operating terminal which is directly positioned at the scale. In this case, the construction of a weighing house is dispensable. By means of a memo-card on which the weighing data are automatically stored, the operator has the possibility to take all relevant data home and to work on them on his home PC.
Furthermore, the self-service scale offers the alternative to release the weighing processes directly out of the vehicle via a remote control.

The software BITZER BioEnergy allows the comfortable operation of truck scales and axle scales via PC. The weighing process is released by a fixed or mobile remote control respectively by an identification card. The software automatically produces complete delivery notes and therefore simplifies the settlement with the supplier. Moreover, it creates a high degree of transparency and reliability of all procedures due to the detailed logging of the weighing processes.

We also offer other weighing solutions for the requirements of biogas plants, e.g. the application of weighing components in order to weigh feeding containers (see also silo weighing systems).

Furthermore, the continuous feeding of the fermenter can be realised by using a dosing bulk scale. For this solution, the fermenter is feeded continuously and consistently with material.

During this process, the scale is carrying out a permanent set-actual comparison and is adjusting the speed of the screw so that exactly the target quantity is fed to the fermenter within the preset period. All dosed quantities are stored in counters. The system can also be connected with the plant control system.
