Mobile scales: Maximum flexibility with the usual quality
The above-floor scale made of steel in a segment design is a vehicle scale that is designed for mobile useand for possible relocation. Only minor preliminary work is required by the customer to set up the scale. The scales consist of up to three modular 6 meter segments and can be supplied as 6 x 2.8 m, 12 x 2.8 m or 18 x 2.8 m vehicle scales. The scale is delivered with a standard truck without special transport. Due to the low weight of individual parts, you as a customer can carry out the assembly yourself in order to save costs. A crane is not required.
If the mobile truck scale is to be used for billing, it can also be calibrated. As a certified company according to EU Directive 2014/31/EU, we are authorized to carry out a conformity assessment for the truck scale and to put it into operation without the calibration office.

Variable equipment depending on requirements
Our mobile vehicle scales are equipped with modern weighing electronics as standard. On request, however, a software system for convenient recording and processing of the weighing data can also be connected.
Optional equipment of mobile truck scales
Optionally, the mobile truck scale can be equipped with a longitudinal lane limiter. For this purpose, a guide tube is attached to secure the driveway at the side, so that the correct vehicle position on the scale is ensured.
In addition, the mobile truck scale can be supplied with a center cover on request, which covers the space between the two lanes. This creates a continuous, passable weighing bridge.
