We are a member of the Association of German Mechanical Engineers (VDMA) and, as a partner company of the University of Hildesheim, are committed to supporting students. We regularly offer internships, working student positions and practice-related theses to provide professional experience.
In addition, together with the state of Lower Saxony, we award a scholarship in the form of financial support to committed students every year.
As an employer and training company, we attach great importance to comprehensive training and further education for our employees.
We are just as interested in long-term employee relationships as we are in sustainable customer relationships.
When it comes to training electronics technicians for automation technology, we cooperate with the company Bosch in Hildesheim and thus offer comprehensive training in theory and practice.
We also support final projects for state-certified technicians from the Werner von Siemens School in Hildesheim. The integration of young refugees is also an issue for us, so we also offer internships in this area.
